The MULTICOOK Program
The key feature of the RMC-M4502, which distinguishes it from the others multicookers on the market, is the versatile program called MULTICOOK. Now you can cook any meal using any cooking method you prefer. The device features a wide temperature range from 40°C up to 160°C with 5°C intervals and time range from 5 minutes up to 12 hours with 5 minute intervals. MULTICOOK is perfect for traditional meals, as well as your own inventions like yoghurt, cottage cheese, fondue, chips, and chicken nuggets. With the help of this program you can also bake bread, prepare baby food, proof dough, pasteurise, sterilise, and more.

Each of the 16 programs has an optimal default time setting, which can also be adjusted manually.
STEAM - features three time settings (vegetables, fish, and meat) and an option to set the time manually in the range from five to 60 minutes with one minute intervals. The program is used for cooking low-fat meat, poultry and fish meals. This is the perfect program for those who prefer eating healthily.
FRY - offers a choice out of three time settings (vegetables, fish and meat), as well as manual time adjustment ranging from 5 to 60 minutes with 1 minute intervals. Use this program to fry steak, meat, fish, poultry, mushrooms, or vegetables.
PASTA can be used for cooking pasta, sausage, dumplings, and other semi-finished products. Manual time settings range from two to 20 minutes with one minute intervals.
STEW - is for stewing meat, fish, and vegetables. This program also features both the factory time setting of one hour and an option of manual time adjustment ranging from 10 minutes to 12 hours with five minute intervals.
QUICK COOK is for cooking rice and other grains. Manual time settings range from five minutes to one and a half hours with five minute intervals. The program’s default setting is 25 minutes.
COOK - perfect for making various kinds of rice. Temperature settings of the program guarantee excellent results. The default setting is 1 hour and the manual time adjustment ranges from 30 minutes to two hours with one minute intervals.
PORRIDGE is for cooking various porridge using milk. Manual time settings range from five minutes to one and a half hours with one minute intervals. The temperature setting of the program minimises the risk of the milk boiling out.
SOUP is used for cooking various soups (chunky, creamy, bisque), compote, and other drinks. Time settings range from 10 minutes to six hours with five minute intervals. The program’s default setting is one hour. All soup ingredients may be added at the same time, which makes the TIME DELAY function perfect for this program.
BAKE is for baking cake, biscuits, cottage cheese and vegetable pudding, omelettes, etc. The default setting is one hour. Manual time ranges from 30 minutes to 4 hours with 5 minute intervals.
Technology implemented in the RMC-M4502 guarantees optimal temperature for each meal. Microprocessor control, featured by the appliance, automatically controls the heating process which helps to preserve your food’s vitamin and mineral content. 3D heating (on the bottom, sides, and top) allows the heat to conduct evenly, which favourably distinguishes the quality and flavour of the meals.
The TIME DELAY Function
With the TIME DELAY function, you can set the program to start with a delay of up to 24 hours. Your meal will be ready for an early breakfast or by the time you come back from work.
